RAW Expressions is a celebration of namazake in all its vibrant, untamed glory: unpasteurised, unfiltered, and alive with energy. No heat treatment, no post-production intervention; just sake as it would have been experienced in its earliest forms. Bright, electric and full of movement, these are pours that remind us where sake began.
