  • If you’re into sake, you must have come across SakeMama in your search for sake bottles. Fermentaria is their tasting bar/ kaku uchi/ izakaya-esque outpost! No need to be a sake aficionado! If you enjoy a warm and friendly space for Japanese brews (wine and beer as well) this is the spot! And you must eat their KFC (Koji Fried Chicken) and order their range of tsukemono! fermenteria is a fermentation-focused concept by SAKEMAMA, featuring a curated selection of premium Japanese sake, craft beers, boutique wines, and fermentation-inspired food pairings.

We also offer a plethora of food options, from light snacks like iburigakko cream cheese & crackers or shio-koji fried chicken to filling rice bowls like wagyu-don.

It is a space for discovery, appreciation, and enjoyment of Japan's rich brewing and fermentation culture!

What can I expect at fermenteria by SAKEMAMA?
Our sake selection changes regularly and may include seasonal releases, limited-edition labels, Junmai, Ginjo, Daiginjo, aged sake, and other specialty expressions sourced directly from Japan.

In addition to sake, we offer Japanese craft beers, boutique wines, and other artisanal beverages curated by our Sommelier team.

We serve a selection of snacks and small plates inspired by fermentation, carefully chosen to pair with our beverages!
Do you host private events?
