Good weather and long sunlight hours have lent their blessings to this naked chardonnay - smooth acidity and light umami are accompanied by an assemblage of fruit flavors and aromas. 

Gentle nutty & creamy notes from naturally occurring malolactic fermentation gives added body to this cool climate chardonnay.  Grapes are cultivated in Kakizawa village in Shiojiri, at close to 850m above sea level.

自社畑のシャルドネを使用。ネイキッドとは「飾らない」や「ありのまま」という意味があり、特殊な製法は行わず、ありのままのシャルドネを味わって頂きたいという想いから命名しました。2023年は天候に恵まれ良質なブドウが収穫できました。桃やパイナップルの香り、果実の凝縮感の中に滑らかな酸味と旨味。
