Tasting Notes : This is a seasonal release brewed to be a thin, "origarami" with an imagery like cherry blossoms petals dancing in spring.
The aroma and palate are equally gorgeous.
The sweet aroma of white peaches and cotton candy is captivating from the opening of the bottle, and as you sip it, the gentle flavor of rice spreads across your palate.
The aftertaste has a refreshing acidity and bitterness like lemon peel and pairs well with dishes. Enjoy it with spring vegetables, tempura, rice with bamboo shoots, chirashi sushi and other spring dishes.
