ANTELOPE is Japan's first craft mead house. Leveraging on years of study in brewing, they've taken the ancient tradition of honey wine, mead, and expressed it in their very own unique way. ANTELOPE expands on mead’s flavour profile not only by using honey but also incorporating fruits, spices, and varying fermentation methods, resulting in mead that isn't just sweet; it's a "contemporary" mead.
