Mizubasho's seasonal releases from Nagai Shuzo in Gunma capture the character of each time of year, and this trio follows the calendar from spring through autumn.

Spring's Namachozo Harusake offers lychee and white peach, a balanced sweetness with soft acidity, and a crisp, dry finish.

Summer arrives with the Natsusake Origarami, gently hazy with a light spritz, sweet acacia and elderflower on the nose and lychee and passionfruit on the palate. 

The journey closes with autumn's Akisake Hiyaoroshi, rested in the brewery after bottling until it matures into a round, rich sake with a gentle, nutty aroma. 

From blossom to harvest, the Seasonal Trio is a portrait of Mizubasho's craft through the warmer seasons of the sake year.
