Mimurosugi (みむろ杉) focuses on the expression of terroir where sake brewing first began and this is considered their "domaine" selection where the water used to irrigate the rice fields is also used for sake brewing. Imanishi-san, together with his team, are also heavily involved in the cultivation of rice used for brewing, adopting low pesticide farming. Dio Abita is Italian for In-God dwells, as Miwa in Nara is the birth-place & genesis of Sake Brewing. This low alcohol sake at 13% is juicy & refreshing with clean, crisp acidity.
