After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo overnight skin contact before being gently pressed to extract the pigment fully, resulting in a beautiful rosé wine with a slightly orange-pink hue. The aroma has fruit flavours such as strawberries and cherries, and the taste has moderate acidity and a firm structure.
