A new release by Higashi Shuzo,  using a newly developed rice strain called "Hakumangoku no Shiro" 百万石乃白.

11 years in the making before it was released in 2020, Hakumangoku no Shiro exhibits  high purity, low protein content making it suitable for producing highly refined sake.

北海道とのコラボレーションによる特別限定酒。柑橘類や洋梨を思わせる優しく柔らかな香りです。甘味と酸味のバランスが良く、すっきりとした後味が特徴です。今年のハロウィンはお酒で乾杯しましょう!

新しく開発された「百万石乃白」という品種を使用した神泉の最新作の1つです。石川県で11年の歳月をかけて開発され、2020年に初リリースされた酒米です。純度が高く、たんぱく質が少ないのが特徴で、高級酒に適しています。

Higashi Sake Brewing Company 東酒造株式会社

As a sake producer, Higashi Shuzo commits itself to brewing only small batch, high quality Ginjo, Honjozo and Junmai sake with pristine water flowing from Mount Hakusan, maintaining a strong focus on the local community and natural environment, perfectly pairing with light, seafood dishes of the region. Shinsen sake submissions have been the recipient of many awards including the Kura Master in Paris in 2017, 2020 and 2021. Shinsen was also chosen to serve onboard Japan's State Aircraft for the Emperor, Royal Family and Prime Minister.
