This beer is painfully hoppy and dangerously strong. It is generously flavored with domestic brown sugar to increase the alcohol content without adding weight to the body. It is generously flavored with American and several other international hop varieties during the boil, then combined again after the main fermentation and dry-hopped three times for extra flavor complexity. For bottling, the traditional method of cloying is used to promote lively, soft, natural effervescence.

ボディを重くせずアルコール度数だけを上げるために、国産の黒糖を豊富に使用している。煮沸時には大胆なフレーバーのアメリカ産ホップやその他の外国産ホップ数種類を惜しみなく投入し、そして主発酵後に再度組み合わせ、更に贅沢に 3 度もドライホップした。充填時には、さらに複雑なフレーバーを追求し、いきいきとしてソフトな自然発泡性を促すため、クロイズンという伝統的な製法を用いた。
