Antelope Kumiko (500ml) - Sweetness Level: 8 (Sweet)
This mead is made with plenty of blueberries from Lakes Farm, renowned for its organic agriculture which include rice, vegetables & fruits. As a tribute to the owner of Lakes Farm, Kumiko Tsuji, organically farmed blueberries underwent natural fermentation with no added yeast. With secondary fermentation in an oak barrel, the natural sweetness of blueberries is counter-balanced with tannins from the barrel.
Antelope Giou (500ml) - Sweetness Level: 2 (Semi-Dry)
"Giou", fermented slowly at low temperature, is actually the first mead brewed at ANTELOPE. With a refreshing honey and issuer-derived aroma that is slightly reminiscent of citrus, Giou expresses a very rounded, yet drinkable sharpness. The taste will be suited for people who regularly drink sake and shochu.
Antelope Ginger Cat 2 (500ml) - Sweetness Level: 1 (Dry)
This mead is crafted with carefully selected fresh ginger from Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture. It has a refreshing aroma and spiciness typical of fresh ginger. Calming & balmy that both soothes & reinvigorates.
