Mizubasho Four Seasons Set (4x720ml) 水芭蕉 新酒 / 花酒 / 夏酒 / ひやおろし

$242.90 $270.00

Mizubasho's seasonal releases from Nagai Shuzo in Gunma capture the character of each time of year, and this set gathers all four in one journey through the sake calendar.

Winter brings the Junmai Ginjo Shinshu Jikagumi Namazake, freshly pressed and directly bottled, with a refreshing touch of effervescence and aromas of pineapple and mango.

Spring's Namachozo Harusake offers lychee and white peach, a balanced sweetness with soft acidity, and a crisp, dry finish.

Summer arrives with the Natsusake Origarami, gently hazy with a light spritz, sweet acacia and elderflower on the nose and lychee and passionfruit on the palate.

The year closes with autumn's Akisake Hiyaoroshi, rested in the brewery after bottling until it matures into a round, rich sake with a gentle, nutty aroma.

From the vibrant first press of winter to the mellow depth of fall, the Four Seasons Set is a complete portrait of Mizubasho's craft.
