18 Breweries banded together for the Ishikawa Tsunagu project, to raise funds for the survivors of the devastating earthquake which struck Suzu, in the Noto peninsular on New Years Day 2024. With each bottle sold, ¥200 goes into a reconstruction assistance fund for affected breweries, administered by the Ishikawa Sake Association.

Nutty aromas greet you at the front of this sake, pulling you in to subsequently experience a light sweetness and lively, refreshing acidity. The slight bitterness at the end creates a perfectly balanced sake that leaves you wanting more.
