$77.00

Part of a project supporting the reconstruction and recovery of Noto, Ishikawa prefecture, and the affected breweries following the 01 Jan 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake. Many breweries suffered partial or total destruction. This project dedicates part of its proceeds to supporting these breweries, with the donation already included in the acquisition cost.

This sake is made with the aim of being a delicious Junmai Ginjo sake that you will not tire of drinking. This sake is carefully brewed using contract-grown Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki rice, and is characterized by a rich, spreading ginjo aroma and a crisp taste with the umami of soft, full-bodied rice.
