ギラギラ暑い夏の太陽と穏やかな秋の好天のもと、ブドウはしっかりと黒く色づき熟しました。醸し中、果皮からの色素で次第に赤色を増す醗酵果汁。それをタンク下部から抜き出し上部へかけ戻す時、ホースから弧を描いて出る赤色は光が透けてキラキラした輝きを放ち、時が経っても仕込中の鮮やかな色の記憶となって蘇ります。プルーンやカシスの様な濃厚な果実感にスパイス感、密度とボリューム感のあるタンニンで、骨格のあるしっかりした味わいです。
