The limited-production flagship white Cuvée Misawa utilizes grapes cultivated under the care of Shigekazu Misawa, owner of Grace. Grapes are exclusively sourced from Misawa Estate Vineyards in Akeno-cho, renowned for the longest sunshine hours in Japan. The winemaking process emphasizes natural vinification, avoiding the use of herbicides or chemical fertilizers whenever possible. As one of Japan's top-tier Chardonnays, the wine undergoes bottle aging for several years before release. To maintain the integrity of the terroir, the proportion of new oak has been reduced.
