Winter - Yamawa Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namagenshu (720ml)

Staying true to the brewer's philosophy of "Simple is best," this sake is crafted through low-temperature fermentation. The artful combination of miyamanishiki rice and local miyagi yeast results in a namagenshu that captures the invigorating aroma distinctive to Yamawa sakes, accompanied by the subtle and soothing essence of rice flavor.

Spring - Yamawa Junmai Ginjo Spring (720ml)

Undergoing a slow fermentation throughout the cold winter, a delicate sake emerges reminiscent of the softness of blooming flowers in the spring. Light sweetness is paired with a smooth rice flavor and just a hint of tartness that leaves this sake feeling bright and well-balanced.

Summer - Yamawa Tokubetsu Junmai Nakadori Genshu Rock (720ml)

A genshu using the prized nakadori; enthralling & gentle ginjo aromas with a strikingly sharp & crisp finish. Indeed a perfect accompaniment for the stifling hot summer!

Comes with A FREE Toyo-Sasaki Special Namazake Glass

Yamawa Shuzoten山和酒造店

Yamawa Shuzoten was established in 1896 in Kami Town, Miyagi prefecture, when the founder, Kazubei Ito closed his family’s apothecary business and embarked on a new journey of sake brewing. Perhaps because of the family’s roots in healing, the philosophy was established that "medicine and food are one in the same."
