Nabeshima Harvest Moon (1800ml) 鍋島 ハーヴェストムーン

$169.00

Made with Aiyama sake rice, with its signature soft sweetness and fuller body, mildly polished down to 60%, the sake is stored after brewing all through the spring and summer, gaining richness and a layered maturity. This Hiyaoroshi is rich and deep with a lush and rounded mouthfeel, perfectly enjoyed with Japanese autumnal fish like sanma, kampachi & the widely celebrated matsutake mushrooms.

Test: nabeshima

Fukuchiyo Shuzo 富久千代酒造有限会社

The Nabeshima label design is classic and easily recognizable with the prominent characters in bold calligraphy. The sake is known for its bright character, elegant and refined, yet powerful and impactful. Flavour profiles are unique and range from fruity to umami rich and dry. All sakes are Muroka, not passing through charcoal filtration which also helps to maintain a fresh and lively quality. The brand is the winner of many awards over the last two decades including many awards at the IWC since 2011.
