The Nabeshima brand was first born in 1998 and is the child of Mr. Naoki Iimori, who began his sake brewing journey with a strong commitment to high quality rice, water and the dedicated traditions of hand brewing techniques.
The Nabeshima label design is classic and easily recognizable with the prominent characters in bold calligraphy. The sake is known for its bright character, elegant and refined, yet powerful and impactful. Flavour profiles are unique and range from fruity to umami rich and dry. All sakes are Muroka, not passing through charcoal filtration which also helps to maintain a fresh and lively quality.
