Sakekasu (lees) from a different namazake shibori was introduced creating vibrant carbonation & fizz that holds for up to 5 days, upon opening.  Exceedingly clean Kimoto with an assertive attack & almost instantaneously, an ultra clean finish emerges.  Gentle lactic undertones & a semi-dry finish, makes this a great sake to pair with slightly richer cuts of pork & wagyu on the yakiniku or BBQ grill.

早春を感じさせる爽やかさ、山城屋らしいキリッとしたシャープな味わいと米の旨味をたっぷり含んだ辛口にごり酒です。手作業で濾した醪を使用する事で滑らかな飲み心地を実現。お酒自体は火入れですが醪は生という特別製法を採用しているため、劣化しにくく開栓後も発泡感が長続きします。お米の旨味をしっかりと感じられ、余韻はほんのりとした苦みとキレのある味わいとなっています。
