In addition, the Komatsu/Kannon-shita area where Nougchi Naohiko sake Institute is located is rich in nature and is surrounded by plants, trees, mountains, and rivers, making sake there, so they felt an affinity for Mr. Kanazawa's works and style, which led them to this collaboration.
