This is the 4th sake in a specially brewed sake series celebrating the 90 years that toji Noguchi Naohiko has spent on his journey and the "future" that lies ahead. The sake itself is very carefully crafted, and is a ginjo unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed using Noguchi Naohiko's signature Yamahai brewing method. The rice used is Aiyama from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 55%. It is an exquisite product that is full of Noguchi Naohiko's skill, with a rich aroma and deep flavor.

Only 900 bottles will be produced in total. The serial number is printed on the label, making it a recommended item for collectors. Don't miss out on this special bottle that is only available while stocks last!

杜氏農口尚彦の90年の旅とその先にある「未来」を祝う特別醸造酒シリーズの第4弾です。お酒自体はとても丁寧に造られており、代表的な山廃仕込みで醸された吟醸無濾過生原酒です。使用米は兵庫県産「愛山」を55%まで精米。芳醇な香りと深い味わい、農口尚彦の技が詰まった逸品です。
