Antelope Kumiko (300ml)

A mead made with plenty of blueberries from Lakes Farm, renowned for its organic agriculture which include rice, vegetables & fruits. As a tribute to the owner of Lakes Farm, Kumiko Tsuji, organically farmed blueberries underwent natural fermentation with no added yeast. With secondary fermentation in an oak barrel, the natural sweetness of blueberries is counter-balanced with tannins from the barrel.

Antelope Jumeaux (300ml)

'Jumeaux” or Twins in French was chosen as the name for several reasons. Firstly, because the mead itself shares a taste resemblance with Antelope’s “The Last Supper”, a lactobacillus-based mead. Secondly, Le Lectier and Quince, the two main ingredients of “Jumeaux”, bear a striking resemblance to each other, very much like twins.
Jumeaux pairs wonderfully with appetizers such as caprese with seasonal fruit, carpaccio, and seafood dishes, making it an ideal accompaniment to mealtime. Antelope has also adorned the label with a flower to add a touch of festive spirit, making it the perfect gift for any occasion.

Antelope Kinkan Giou (300ml)

Kinkan (kumquat),a japanese citrus, from Matsukawa Farm in Wakayama are steeped in the base mead, Giou, during its extended & slow fermentation. The distinctive citrus notes & slight bitterness from the peels of the kinkan meld gracefully with the primary aromas of honeyed caramel. 

Expect, honey-pickled kinkan, dried figs, and earl grey on entry, ending off, semi-dry on the finish.
