A cuvée representing the winery renowned for producing the highest quality Chardonnay, meticulously nurtured in vineyards situated at an altitude of 850 meters. The cool climate yields grapes with robust acidity and flavour. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation in French oak barrels and are then aged for approximately 7 months in a 'sur lie' state, remaining in contact with the lees. This limited cuvée boasts an annual production of about 4,500 bottles.
Dry and concentrated fruit notes start to unravel on the palate, hinting characters of toast and nuts, complemented by a drawn elegance, shaped by 7 months resting in French Oak barrels.
Its exceptional quality has garnered praise from Paolo Basso, a renowned sommelier, who compares it to Burgundy's finest white wines.
