In celebration of International Woman's Day 2025, Sakemama chats with Oshita Kaori. She is the President of Minoh Beers, and has been in charge of brewing since Minoh Beers' inception in 1997.

When did you take over Minoh brewery?

In 2012, when my father passed on.

Since taking over from your father, have you taken on any bold challenges or made any changes?

I have introduced the new brewing facilities currently in operation, including the Foeder tanks. We have also started brewing special beers called Baton which has secondary fermentation in the bottle.
