Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute Sakekasu Shochu (720ml) 農口尚彦研究所 酒粕焼酎

$199.90

The first ever Shochu made by Noguchi Toji in his long illustrious career. Made from a base of high quality Sakekasu derived from the elegant sake made at the brewery, this shochu expresses a mellow ginjo aroma. With a delicate and fruity taste and rich rice umami it still finishes clean. The bottle is a simple and stylish design adorned with a blue ribbon, a famous traditional craft in shikawa, called "Sanadahimo". This shochu can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, with a splash of water or soda along with meals. It can also provide a wonderfully aromatic base for a cocktail.
