Kameizumi Junmai Daiginjo CEL-24 Aiyama (720ml) 純米大吟醸原酒 CEL-24 愛山

$108.30

Aiyama has often been regarded to as the "Diamond" or Sakamai, given its increased rarity in recent times. This is Kameizumi's first expression of Aiyama coupled with CEL-24, building on the foundation of the massively popular CEL-24 with Hattannishiki.

Lively tropical aromas of pineapples & aomori ringo with a gorgeously captivating mouthfeel of firm acidity and clean umami, this is a true gem that stirs the soul.

Kameizumi亀泉酒造

Kameizumi Shuzo in Tosa, Kochi Prefecture, is a quaint little brewery producing a small amount of impressive sake which sells as quickly as it’s made. The brewery operates with a bare bones staff of 5 dedicated individuals who work painstakingly to fill each bottle with their every effort. They have become known for their work developing the beautiful character of local Kochi derived yeast strains such as the CEL-24 which was developed in 1993.
