Kinmonishiki sakamai is cultivated with low levels of agro-chemicals within a 5km radius of the brewery. Hints of passionfruit & lactonic undertones on the nose lures you into taking a first sip which unravels complex yet gorgeous umami characteristic of this Nagano varietal. Light effervescence tapers off from the mid-palate & leads to an off-dry finish.
