Striving to capture the essence of its origin, the decision was made to blend three distinguished second wines – "Grace Merlot," "Grace Cabernet Sauvignon," and "Grace Cabernet Franc" – each prominently featured on the label, into a single wine for every vintage. This wine bears the name "Akeno" as a tribute to its esteemed birthplace. Following careful vineyard and winery selections, only the finest small lots were chosen and treated with utmost care during vinification, ensuring gentle extraction and meticulous attention to detail. Each varietal or lot was then aged in French oak barrels and bottled without clarification or filtration, preserving its inherent character and integrity.
