Taka Tokubetsu Junmai Fukamari (720ml)
This sake is released in Japan on Sake Day, October 1st, and marks the beginning of the brewing season. A harmonious merger of clean rice flavour and richness, this sake pairs perfectly with Japanese cuisine representative of the season such as robust and earthy mushrooms and fatty fish.
Mizubasho Akisake Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi (720ml)
Top grade Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture is chosen and polished to 60%, once brewed, it is pasteurized once in the bottle then set to rest in the brewery to mature till it's release in the Fall.
Zaruso Horai Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyaoroshi (720ml)
Once pasteurized, this Hiyaoroshi expresses the characteristically higher acidity and apple aromas of many of the sake of the Zaruso Hourai brand, maintaining a great combination of sweet, sour and bitter. When enjoyed chilled, the experience of this sake is juicy and refreshing. However, when enjoyed warmed, the acidity is enhanced and the sweetness becomes bolder.
