Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the surrounding area, including its own vineyards. In terms of vinification, modern expertise is combined with traditional handmade methods to accentuate the individuality of the grapes and capture the essence of the climate.

Clean and supple with great personality and structure, the Chardonnay grapes are meticulously cultivated and then released after French oak fermented and aged for 7 months, giving enough backbone for a focused yet lively wine.

This wine is characterized by its robust flavor profile, showcasing the intrinsic charm of the grapes with a well-balanced harmony of fresh fruit and acidity. A playful array of flavors from pear, melon and citrus, balanced with aromas of white flower and brioche.
