Gris de Koshu—born in 1999 under the influence of Pinot Gris in Alsace—showcases Koshu at its finest, made for everyday dining both at home and in restaurants.
The wine was also named after the colour of Koshu (light gray with a pinkish hue), an expression of the individuality of the Koshu variety, producing a citrus aroma that harmonizes with the sharp acidity.
