Made from Muscat Bailey A (indigenous to Japan) grown at the foothills of Kayagatake mountain and Katsunuma, the wine is a blend with Cabernet Sauvignon (also from Kayagatake foothills) and Merlot (from Akeno). Aged in used French oak barrels, velvety soft tannins with abundant berries & fresh acidity, this wine has been selected by top Sushi restaurants in Japan as it accentuates the delicate yet deep umami of sashimi & sushi.
