5 years of maturing at low temperatures ( -5 degrees celsius ) brings about an intensely rich & opulent yet balanced sake which exhibits pure finesse. Using the nakadori extracted from the expensive shizuku method, divine droplets of sake are matured at low temperatures for 5 years in a tobin. Soft aromatics of cantaloupe & ripe melon on the nose with a mystical blast of flavours on the palate where the layered complexity unfolds to fashion a finish that is astounding & dazzling.
