Sake rice and ginjo sake lees are added in the brewing process, in addition to Weizen and Ginjo yeasts. The Ginjo yeast, which is used in sake-making, imparts gentle sweet notes & subtle rice flavours. Light-bodied beer but rich in fragrance, with notes reminiscent of cloves and bananas.
