100% pesticide-free & locally cultivated Miyama Nishiki and Hitogokochi rice from Nagano are used for this sake. Deep & rich acidity with pleasant sweetness on the finish. As a genshu, the Akane is brilliantly restrained yet offers a vivacious mouthfeel given that it’s a nama-chozo.
