This Kit is designed for authentic yet simple home brewing. You can enjoy quality Junmai Ginjo Sake (60% rice polishing ratio) in about a month. The kit is made of the same material used in fukuro-shibori premium sake and comes in its original MICURA white box. You can learn how to arrange your sake, with different methods of pressing, with or without hi-ire to produce your favourite sake.

It is fun to engage all of your senses during the fermentation process, and watch the moromi changes from day to day.
